Week day mornings are crazy, hectic and chaotic.Due to our busy schedules most of us have a habit of skipping the breakfast. And females are more likely then males to skip a morning meal because of being busy or running late.ls skipping breakfast good for you???
Starting the day without any food is directly related to a later drop in energy, poor intellectual performance, fatigue and moodiness.Skipping breakfast also causes weight gain as it leads to an accumulation of fat typically in the abdominal area.
So when there is no time to sit down and eat breakfast,do give yourself a healthy treat. My today’s “Banana Dates Honey Smoothie” recipe is for all those lovely mommies out there who have kids to get ready, lunches to pack up, followed by a tedious workout at gym.
Banana Dates Honey Smoothie is a delicious and wholesome drink with the goodness of banana, dates and honey.

It’s a good source of Magnesium, Vitamin C and Vitamin B6.It’s high in antioxidants. They have no fat, no sodium and no cholesterol.
Dates are good source of energy sugar, fiber ,vitamins and minerals.
Honey is a natural sweetener (mostly contains fructose and glucose), antioxidant and free of fat and cholesterol.

Yup almond milk is a great lactose free, vegan alternative to diary milk. It’s also lower in calories than other milks and free of cholesterol and saturated fat.
